Chrisbukem Hairline operates the website chrisbukemhairline.com. We sell premium wigs and hair extensions online.

USING OUR WEBSITE
By using our website you confirm that:

✦ You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
✦ The information you provide is accurate and truthful

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses or any other harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or servers.

PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. This is when a contract is formed between you and Chrisbukem Hairline.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:
✦ A product is out of stock
✦ There is an error in the price or description
✦ Payment is declined or flagged for fraud
✦ We are unable to deliver to your address

PRICING
All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of your order.

We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods:

All payments are processed securely. We never store your full card details.

DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same working day. Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery carrier or circumstances outside our control.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our returns policy is set out in full on our Returns page. In summary:

✦ You have 30 days from delivery to return an item
✦ Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
✦ We cannot accept returns on worn, altered or chemically treated items
✦ Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our returns policy.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display our products accurately including colours, textures and lengths. However we cannot guarantee that your device screen accurately represents the exact colour of our products.

Hair lengths are measured from the top of the weft to the ends when the hair is straightened. Natural texture styles such as curly or kinky hair may appear shorter due to shrinkage.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website including text, images, logos, videos and graphics is owned by Chrisbukem Hairline and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without our written permission.

USER CONTENT
If you share photos, reviews or other content on our website or tag us on social media you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that content for marketing purposes. We will always credit you where possible.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law Chrisbukem Hairline shall not be liable for:

✦ Loss of profits or revenue
✦ Loss of data
✦ Any loss arising from your use of our website

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
