RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must be:
✦ Unworn and unused
✦ In its original packaging with all tags attached
✦ Free from any smell, product residue or styling
✦ Not coloured, bleached, cut or chemically processed
Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on wigs or hair extensions that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
1. Email us at returns@chrisbukemhairline.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 24 hours with your return authorisation and instructions
3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
4. Send it to the address provided using a tracked delivery service
5. Once we receive and inspect the item we will process your refund
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for a different length, colour or style please mention this in your return email and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to availability.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please contact us immediately at hello@chrisbukemhairline.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
LATE RETURNS
Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless the item is faulty. If you have an issue outside the return window please contact us and we will do our best to help.
