ARE YOUR WIGS MADE FROM REAL HUMAN HAIR?
Yes. Every wig and extension at Chrisbukem Hairline is made from 100% real human hair. This means you can wash, colour, heat style and treat it just like your own natural hair.

WHAT IS HD LACE?
HD lace is an ultra-thin, invisible lace material that blends seamlessly with all skin tones. It creates an undetectable hairline that looks completely natural — no white cast, no obvious lace lines.

WHAT IS A GLUELESS WIG?
A glueless wig uses adjustable straps and combs to secure the wig without any glue or adhesive. It is quick to put on and take off, making it perfect for everyday wear.

WHAT LENGTHS DO YOU OFFER?
We offer lengths from 10 inches to 30 inches across our collections. Each product page shows the available lengths for that specific style.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH CAP SIZE TO ORDER?
Most of our wigs come in a standard size that fits head circumferences of 21.5 to 22.5 inches. All caps have adjustable straps so you can get a perfect fit. If you have a smaller or larger head please contact us before ordering.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard UK delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. Express next day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. International delivery takes 5 to 10 working days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

CAN I COLOUR OR DYE MY WIG?
Yes. Because our wigs are made from real human hair they can be coloured. However we always recommend having this done by a professional stylist to protect the hair and maintain the quality. Please note that colouring may affect your returns eligibility.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY WIG?
Please see our full Hair Care Guide for detailed instructions on washing, conditioning, drying and storing your wig. Following these steps will keep your wig looking beautiful for much longer.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging. Please see our Returns page for full details.
